Company and operator
Real contact, operating facts, and clear boundaries for a paid API product.
Etna Alpha operates a Hyperliquid-first market-state packet API for agents, desks, dashboards, and research workflows. This page collects the customer-safe operating facts a buyer, processor, cloud provider, or design partner should see before review.
Paid plans provide authenticated access to derived
market_state.v1 packets, Workbench evidence, replay,
route tests, feedback, and usage receipts.
Etna Alpha does not custody funds, execute trades, ask for seed phrases, provide financial advice, or grant raw-data resale rights by default.
Pre-key proof pages, deterministic mocks, status routes, and docs show the packet shape before a paid live API key is issued.
Company diligence
Etna Alpha is operated as a remote-first B2B software and API product with public website, docs, OpenAPI, pricing, support, security, processor-review, and proof surfaces available before payment. Legal formation, tax, banking, and provider-program documentation can be supplied privately during underwriting or Enterprise review.
What paid access should feel like
A paying Builder, Pro, or Research account should be able to receive the API key by email, claim the account portal, call latest, open the returned packet in Workbench, replay the window, test one route or webhook receipt, and review usage from the account surface.
Support and escalation
For access, billing, API-key delivery, usage, or route questions, email sales@etnaalpha.io. Include the checkout email, plan, Stripe receipt or session reference if available, affected API route, timestamp, and whether the issue is blocking first-packet activation.
