Product scope
Etna Alpha is a B2B SaaS and API product for market-data observability. Customers use the service to inspect live market-state packets, replay public-market context, route alerts into internal tools, export approved data catalog rows, and monitor usage before expanding coverage.
What Etna Alpha sells
Paid API plans provide authenticated API access, terminal preview access, documentation, support, replay context, packet Workbench routes, workflow receipts, normalized public data rows, and a monthly API usage allowance. Enterprise agreements may add contracted support, capacity, and deployment review.
What Etna Alpha does not sell
Etna Alpha does not provide brokerage, exchange, custody, wallet, money transmission, payment facilitation, investment advice, financial advice, trading signals, managed accounts, trade execution, or access to financial instruments. The product is read-only market-state context for customer-owned systems.
Usage-unit billing
API plans include API usage units, and optional top-ups add more API usage units. These units meter Etna Alpha API route consumption only. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, cannot be redeemed or withdrawn for money, cannot be transferred between customers, and are not stored value, virtual currency, gift cards, vouchers, securities, or financial instruments.
Data-use boundary
API access is for organization-owned internal use unless a written agreement states otherwise. Access does not by itself grant the right to resell, republish, sublicense, redistribute, or expose raw datasets outside the customer organization. Etna Alpha does not custody customer funds and never asks for seed phrases or private keys.
Payment readiness
Stripe Checkout Sessions are exposed only after payment-provider approval, domain verification, Price configuration, signed webhook receipt handling, payment collection, and public checkout gates are ready. Subscription receipts close by emailing a one-time API key to the checkout email address. Top-up Checkout requires an active API key, attaches tenant metadata to the session, and top-up receipts apply prepaid usage units after verified closeout; automatic overages remain disabled. Taxes are either calculated by Stripe Tax when that gate is enabled or handled through manual review for invoiced access.
