Etna Alpha

Legal

Terms of Service

Effective June 14, 2026. These terms govern access to Etna Alpha's market-state packet API, terminal preview, documentation, data catalog exports, replay context, and related workflow tools.

1. Service

Etna Alpha provides market-state context for monitoring, replay, research, alerts, dashboards, packet-window review, agent workflows, and internal review. Public surfaces provide tagged packets, normalized public data rows, replay handles, evidence context, quality metadata, and usage receipts where available.

2. No financial advice or custody

Etna Alpha is an independent data provider. The service is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Etna Alpha does not custody customer funds, ask for seed phrases or private keys, or execute trades on behalf of customers.

3. Accounts and access

Customers are responsible for safeguarding API keys, terminal access, and account credentials. You must promptly notify us if you believe an API key or account has been compromised. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, security risk, or use that violates these terms.

4. Data-use boundaries

API access permits organization-owned internal use unless a written agreement states otherwise. Access does not by itself grant the right to resell, republish, sublicense, redistribute, or expose raw datasets outside your organization. Venue, provider, and third-party data rights may impose additional limits.

5. Billing and usage units

API plans include a monthly API usage allowance. Prepaid top-up packs may be available for additional API usage units. Usage units are non-transferable service metering units for Etna Alpha API routes only; they are not stored value, gift cards, vouchers, virtual currency, or cash equivalents, and they cannot be redeemed or withdrawn for money. Automatic overages are disabled unless separately agreed in writing. Payment processing is currently handled through Stripe for public API plans and may be handled by another authorized processor only if Etna Alpha enables that path in writing. Processor terms may also apply. Taxes, if applicable, may be calculated by the processor or reviewed manually before invoiced access.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the API and terminal available, but market data, infrastructure, providers, and networks can fail or degrade. Features, limits, routes, data sources, pricing, and supported venues may change as the product evolves.
