Etna Alpha

Legal

Privacy Policy

Effective June 14, 2026. This policy explains how Etna Alpha collects and uses information for the website, API, terminal preview, documentation, payment onboarding, and support workflows.

Information we collect

We may collect account and contact details, organization details, support messages, API key metadata, usage logs, billing status, security logs, device/browser metadata, and workflow feedback you choose to provide.

Billing information

Payment information for public API plans is currently processed by Stripe or by another authorized processor only when Etna Alpha enables that path in writing. Etna Alpha does not store full card numbers, seed phrases, private keys, or wallet recovery phrases.

How we use information

We use information to provide API access, operate the terminal, measure API usage, prevent abuse, support customers, improve product quality, issue receipts, maintain security, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us operate the product, including hosting, payments, analytics, support, security, and compliance vendors. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and logs

The website, docs, API, and terminal may use cookies, local browser state, server logs, and analytics events to keep sessions functional, protect the service, and understand product usage. The terminal preview does not store API keys in local storage.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
